Chem Arrow Europe was approached by a manufacturing facility based in the UK, producing various components for the automotive industry. They were looking to consolidate to a single metalworking fluid that could be used across the machine shop without any reduction in performance, as they were currently using two grades from an alternative supplier. Chem Arrow made the recommendation of ArrowCool SEM-935-H to replace both grades and provide one product without compromising surface finish, tool life or operator acceptability.

Chem Arrow Europe listened to the customer's requirements and worked with them to provide the right solution. Following detailed laboratory testing, Chem Arrow presented ArrowCool SEM-935-H, a high-performance semi-synthetic coolant. On the ferrous materials, the corrosion control and cleanliness were exceptional. This, combined with an excellent surface finish and no staining of aluminum components, made the conversion from two products to ArrowCool SEM-935-H easy. The customer was impressed with the results and made the following comments:
