General description
Chem Arrow Europe are a global manufacturer of specialist cutting oils and industrial lubricants to the engineering industry. Due to our continued expansion Chem Arrow are restructuring our sales and service division and are therefore looking to recruit a self-motivated and technically minded Service Engineer to support our well-established customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a company who are investing heavily in building a professional sales and support structure throughout the UK.
Key Roles
- Home based visiting customers across the South of UK
- Developing the strong relationships with our loyal customer base
- Technically support our customers in their engineering processes
- Offer regular service to Key Accounts on the territory
- Support our UK sales team in progressing new opportunities
- Reporting and communicating with customers using in-house IT systems
Skills required
- Mechanical Engineering background
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised
- Over 25 years old (insurance requirement)
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work alone out in the field as well as part of our team
- Good level of IT skills
- Hold a current clean UK driving licence
- Be prepared to visit customer sites, including occasional overnight stays
- Full training will be offered
